John Noble is a career Civil Servant working with the Department for Employment and Learning, where presently he is involved with the Department's policy development for the further education sector.

John holds a number of local voluntary and community positions in addition to being  a founder member and Chairman of Down Community Arts including President of the Downpatrick Twinning Partnership, a European town twinning organisation promoting co-operation and a committee member of the Downpatrick Romanian Orphanage Fundraising Committee. In addition John has extensive training in the field of Conflict Resolution and is currently undertaking a Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution.

Donal O’Hagan (Treasurer)

Donal O'Hagan, born in Belfast, moved with his family to Downpatrick in 1985 before leaving to study in London in 1989. Has been teaching since 1998 and returned to Downpatrick 3 years ago. subsequently he has become involved with Down arts Forum and Write Down Writers Collective. He is married with one child who is currently at school in Downpatrick.

Stella Gilmartin

Director of Gilmartin Consulting, is an experienced Management Development Consultant.   She has over 15 years experience in working with managers and staff in equality, diversity and personal development in the workplace. 

Prior to setting up Gilmartin Consulting Stella worked for Belfast City Council as an Equality Specialist.  In that role she was the primary advisor to the Council on equality and diversity issues.   She has also worked in University College Dublin), Hammersmith and West London College, Marymount International, CSV and the Youth Council for Northern Ireland.

She holds degrees in Psychology, Human Resources and Adult Education. Stella is a certified Psychometrican, Business and Life Coach, Image Consultant and Stress Consultant.
