John Noble (Chair)
John Noble is a career Civil Servant working with the Department for Employment and Learning, where presently he is involved with the Department's policy development for the further education sector.
John holds a number of local voluntary and community positions in addition to being a founder member and Chairman of Down Community Arts including President of the Downpatrick Twinning Partnership, a European town twinning organisation promoting co-operation and a committee member of the Downpatrick Romanian Orphanage Fundraising Committee. In addition John has extensive training in the field of Conflict Resolution and is currently undertaking a Post Graduate Certificate in Conflict Resolution.

Director of Gilmartin Consulting, is an experienced Management Development Consultant. She has over 15 years experience in working with managers and staff in equality, diversity and personal development in the workplace.
Prior to setting up Gilmartin Consulting Stella worked for Belfast City Council as an Equality Specialist. In that role she was the primary advisor to the Council on equality and diversity issues. She has also worked in University College Dublin), Hammersmith and
